Marty combines his experience from over a quarter-century in the field working in an array of challenging & unique work-settings to provide the necessary supervision support to persons managing difficult interactions. Marty combines the standards of best-practices of a clinical supervisor with an engaging communication style to maximize the collaboration to help foster improved clinical/professional practices.
While the majority of people who seek Clinical Supervision from Marty are Master’s level clinicians on their way towards licensure, Marty has offered support to others as well. Marty is comfortable working with persons seeking more collaboration, support, and coaching from an alternate (therapeutic) perspective as they move forward in their professional careers.
Marty offers Clinical Supervision in a variety of ways. During this period of Covid-19, most clinical supervision is being done remotely and he can support small groups in person. He is willing to offer variable scheduling (including 2-hour blocks of supervision and/or group supervision). Many of these terms are flexible and negotiable. Sliding scale fees are available for individuals with need.
